A private strength and conditioning gym in New Plymouth with a sauna and cold tub, on a rural block ten minutes from town. Never more than six athletes on the floor at once.

The floor

Racks, platforms and a full run of conditioning kit. Enough room to sprint, change direction and load properly, and never so many people that you are waiting for a rack. The sauna, cold tub and cryo compression are written into the blocks of the athletes A2Z coaches. This is not a walk in sauna or ice bath studio.

Three ways onto the floor.

Ages 12 to 18

Groups of six, two coached sessions a week, $80 a week, blocks to the school term.

Tested, programmed and coached to a real goal. $92 a session, remote from $50 a week.

Cleared to load but not match ready. A testing session, a structured block and a written retest.
