Combine the benefits of movement and mindfulness in these unique sessions at my private one-of-a-kind facility. 

Run twice a week from 11:30am - 1pm (the perfect lunch break if you ask me!) the first 45 minutes will include functional movement based around flexibility and strength.

In the next 45 minutes I will take you through a guided mindfulness session including breathwork and mediation.  

Never done breathwork or meditation before? No worries - I'll walk you through every step of the way and you can take some much needed time out while enjoying a tonne of benefits such as: reduced stress & anxiety, improved emotional regulation, improved sleep quality, reduced tension and so much more. 

How to book 

Give me a call to book in your first Move & Breathe session with no ongoing commitment. If you enjoy the session you then have the option to book for the full term block, see dates below. 

Once locked in, you have the option of joining twice a week, or just once. 

  • Term 1: Monday 26 January - Thursday 2 April
  • Term 2: Monday 20 April - Friday 3 July
  • Term 3: Monday 20 July - Friday 25 September
  • Term 4: Monday 12 October - Friday 18 December 

$60 / week (inc gst)
