By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product and or Coaching Resource on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Once an order has taken place, an email will be sent acknowledging the purchase, this email will only be an acknowledgement of the order and not an acceptance of the order, this does not mean we have accepted your order, the contract for the goods purchased will not be formed until your payment has been approved and processed.

All details are considered final once an order is processed and placed, for physical products your items and delivery address cannot be changed once the order is printed and packed, so make sure all details are correct. A redelivery fee will be charged if these shipping details are incorrect and your order needs to be redelivered. If additional items are required once your order has been placed, then a new order will be required to fulfil these new items, this new order can be placed immediately. 


Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on our website are accurate, we are only human and this may mean that at times errors may occur. If an error has been discovered with the price of any goods you have just purchased we will inform you as soon as we can and provide you with the option of re-ordering at the correct price or cancelling it all together.


Once payment has been accepted and approved, the shipping process will begin. The shipping of physical products will be carried out on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday of each working week, if a shipping day falls on a public holiday, shipping will be moved to the next corresponding shipping day. The shipping of coaching resources will be instantaneous once payment has been accepted and approved. Free shipping applies to any product that has a 'bulk' or 'combo' name attached to their product description.   


At times, items you’ve purchased may be out of stock due to popularity, the restocking process will already be in motion so hold tight and you will be notified once your order is ready to be shipped. If for any reason we cannot restock the items purchased, A2Z Strength will contact you to work out the best solution, you will be given a full refund on that item if requested.


Obviously refunds are important and we take pride in our customer service, so for this reason we offer a pretty straight forward policy with all our products and coaching resources. If there’s ever an issue with our service or product that is outside of normal wear and tear, simply let us know and it will be sorted out by one of our staff. Returns will be processed through our returns department from Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm, payment will not be processed on weekends. These refunds may take a number of days/weeks to process and payment will be made in the same manner as the original payment, shipping costs will be incurred by the customer. Refunds of our Coaching Resources Content will be judged on a case by case basis, simply come to us with your issues and if they can't be rectified, a refund will be made available. 


  1. You have 30 days to return a physical product if you are unhappy with your purchase, this 30 day period starts from the date of purchase.
  2. Products can only be returned in their original condition, if you change your mind about any of the goods you purchased, the goods returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging, these products will all be inspected upon return.
  3. You must contact us to be able to request a product return
  4. The customer is responsible for the return of the product, this includes, organising and paying for the shipping. Choose an appropriate form of shipping (registered post) if you are wanting to track the delivery of this returned product.
  5. Include on the product return form, your name, contact details, and the reason for the return so we can action the request quickly and smoothly, If this is not included with the return, a full refund might not be received.
  6. Upon receipt of the returned goods we will refund the cost of the goods, shipping will not be refunded.


  1. We require normal full payment on a customised product order before commencing the creation of it.
  2. Once the design has been approved by you the customer, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on the product.
  3. We cannot guarantee completion dates and will not be held responsible if the order takes longer than initially quoted.


If purchased goods have become damaged or faulty after use, and be seen to be used in accordance to product guidelines and user instructions, and still under the warranty period, A2Z Strength will replace or refund the associated goods. Unfortunately A2Z Strength can’t replace or refund goods that have been damaged through incorrect use or through natural wear and tear. 


Occasionally goods don’t turn up in the condition we sent them in, or they may experienced a manufacturing fault. In either of these cases we will ensure that you get what you paid for or are compensated in some way or form.

If your goods are not functional we will organise for a replacement to be sent out and for the faulty goods to be picked up, if the items are small in nature we might save the shipping and reimburse you for the shipping costs. For larger items this will usually mean organising courier to pickup the faulty goods. If your goods are still functional but aesthetically damaged you can call us to discuss your options

A content creator is a person who has been approached by A2Z Strength, or who has contacted A2Z Strength directly on their own accord to advertise some form of content that is available for consumption, or for purchase on any of the A2Z Strength media streams.

This content might be in the form of a course, webinar, video, audio, or article. If this content is to be advertised as a resource for purchase on A2Z Strength, the content creator agrees to pay A2Z Strength a one-off admin fee setup of $50, plus a revenue split for each resource sold. This revenue split will be made up of 60% to the creator, 40% to A2Z Strength, with payment automatically paid to the content creator at the end of each month.

A full transactional history from the month that’s been will also be provided to the content creator. For example, if the resource has a RRP of $100, $60 will go to the content creator and $40 will go to A2Z Strength. For a resource to be accepted, a Content Creator Application Form is to be filled out with all of the details of the course attached. This application will then go through the screening process to make sure it meets all the standards and regulations that A2Z Strength has set before you will be notified of its acceptance.

A2Z Strength has the right to cease selling this resource at a moments notice if the need arises, the content creator also has the ability to stop selling their specific resource if 2 weeks written notice has been provided prior to their desired finishing date.           


Obviously some of the exercise examples and advice on this website, whether through video, coaching resources and or articles may be too difficult or dangerous for some people, and the customer/viewer/reader should consult a physician before engaging in any of them.

Improper use of any exercise product or equipment can result in serious injury to muscles, ligaments, joints and tendons. Please read and understand the instructions/guidelines from the approved manual or course author prior to attempting any exercise you see on this website.

Use caution where appropriate, especially during exercise/movements that require an overhead position, a strenuous body position, and explosive movements like sprinting/jumping/throwing.

A2Z Strength is not responsible in any manner whatsoever for any injury which may occur through the use of any equipment sold on this website or following the instructions and advice given by its courses, course creators and its content.


Information provided upon registration with A2Z Strength is stored by A2Z Strength and its third party partners. With registration, A2Z Strength and you agree to the use and storage of the provided information for use by A2Z Strength only.

Your personal information will not be distributed out to any parties outside of A2Z Strength or any of our third-parties customer database. Customers and subscribers will be added to the A2Z Strength Newsletter upon completion of purchase or after signing up, you can unsubscribe to our list at any stage.
