His amazing, unique and ultimately simple view on nutrition, coupled with his incredible understanding of human psychology is world class and something that we have never really seen before, which is why he’s getting the credit he deserves.
His approach was noticed by Azerbaijan Olympic Team when he was just finishing up his PHD and they quickly secured his services during their Rio campaign where he became an integral part of their system and this Olympics ended up being one of their most successful to date.
He is now back in his native USA where he runs his Nutritional Science company ‘Trevor Kashey Nutrition’ where he trains and coaches all walks of life in their nutritional, training & weight loss journey.
This was a great episode and I thoroughly enjoyed the many directions this chat went on, and the takeaways from it are incredibly valuable.

]]>Paul has been talked about as one of the key people involved in turning around the fortunes of the Sydney Swans & Melbourne Demons during some pretty dark days both these clubs were facing at the time.
His person first, player second approach to coaching is a model that's still being replicated even to this day, and his impact on both these clubs are still very much felt.
He really 'gets' people and through his authenticity, and just being a good bloke, he seems to have the ability to get the best out of everyone that comes into contact with him.
Paul now co-runs a very successful Leadership and Culture Business that brings his wealth of knowledge and understanding of Professional Sport and High Performing Environments to the corporate world.

]]>Todays guest is none other than my good mate Nathan Martin of TENNIS FITNESS Nathan and his wife (Gisele) are the go to practitioners when it comes to world tennis. Their careers have seen them travel for 6 years on ATP Tour, run a successful academy in Spain, and also build a ever expanding business now that they are back home in Australia.
They have both played a major part in a tonne of the top ranked players you and I have come to know, Lleyton Hewitt, Sam Stosur, Casey Dellacqua, Martina Navratilova, Svetlana Kuznetsova, Jennifer Capriati and Monica Seles, just to name a few.
Nathan is one of the good guys in the world of high performance sport, he’s incredibly humble, easy going and is one of the main guys who I go to for advice. If you are a aspiring player, coach or just keen to hear some great stories from the tour, this is worth a listen. Especially when he tells the story about Novak Djokovic up the tree.
